Good Friday Cross Making Service
This morning as part of our Easter weekend, there was a Craft and Worship service in the church hall. All were invited to create a cross which had some meaning for them. We have a host of talent amoungst our people, both young and older! Using a range of materials, many different symbols were represented in the crosses that were made, the suffering of Christ, the hope that is found at the cross, His glory and passion, His love and the wonder of His creation.
In the afternoon this was followed with a Meditation service looking at the Seven Words of the Cross and how they apply to life.

Champions!
Today at the Dar El Awlad orphanage in Mansourieh, Alistair had organized a football tournament, with teams from seven different churches involved, playing in three ages groups. All Saints' fielded a team in the 10-13 year old bracket and after playing their four matches, were even on points with the Dar El Awlad team in their group. Due to goal difference, All Saints' were declared the CHAMPIONS for their group, and they had a lot of fun as well. Many thanks to Joel and Ackie Lowry for organising and coaching our team. WELL DONE!!!
